Are You Listening?!

I woke up this morning, with a dream on my mind.  It reminded me of the work I do and how important it is to be intentional, especially about listening to your people.

Are you listening to your people?
Do they feel heard?
If not, they might get louder. 
Or they might disengage.  Even more...

You don’t have to even be the one not listening.  What does your organization’s culture say? 

You are heard.

You are valued.

We care for you.

Is it saying what you want it to say?

Are you getting from your culture what you want?
