Womenomics: Firms with female execs perform better, study finds
I’ve been reading this statistic for years and finally remembered to post a link when I came across it again:
Having even just one woman on a company’s board increases performance.
I, of course, think you can do better – trying to have a representative board, where the members of your board represent your stakeholders (as well as your visionaries).
