People are Most Important

People are everything.  They are our companies.  They are our guests and customers.  

Let’s not put our inanimate organization (or esoteric stockholders/investors) above the needs of those who work and shop with us.

How does your organization ensure the needs of the corporation don’t overtake the needs of the people?
