Company Culture: It’s Not Free Meals and Game Rooms

I’ve attended a great conference for the past two years by the Academy of Culture Ambassadors.  I think the name of the organization is misleading, and frankly I feel lucky to have stumbled across them at all.  They are a loose-knit group of like-minded professionals who believe that people are at the heart of every organization

During the 2019 conference in September, I was introduced to a fledgling organization called the Global Company Culture Association.  (As you know, my work often goes hand in hand with corporate culture and “how things are done here”.)  While I haven’t seen much from them so far, they did send a solid newsletter this week, and I wanted to share a couple of articles they linked to.  If you like the articles, you might want to check out the association.
