Halloween in March?

My husband Jordan tried to add a little fun to working from home. (Just about everyone in Disney’s Imagineering department participated.  We saw everything from full-on costumes including heads/masks to just a witch's hat.)  You can take the camp director out of camp, but you can't take the camp out of him! Lots of fun!

How are you bringing joy to your workers (or to yourself)?

Who could help you do it even better?  Can you make it a regular thing?  (What about after the pandemic?  In what ways can you continue to maintain a fun and caring environment?)
