Vacations Increase Productivity
I am a huge advocate of work-life balance. Work in order to have the life you want. Yes, if you love your work, that’s great (and good for you!), but still balance it with other aspects of life – friends, family, learning, hobbies, new experiences, taking care of yourself (physically and mentally).
Go on vacation! (And let your employees detach from work when they go on theirs. This will allow them to come back feeling refreshed, energized, newly creative, and more loyal to you in the long-run.)
