Are You Only Hearing 50%?

I’m somewhat concerned that by sharing information like this and talking about gender bias (as well as other forms of unconscious and systemic discrimination), I will lose readers – and let’s be honest, I’m talking about male readers. 

This isn’t about shaming.  Women and men have biases against women.  These biases still exist (yes, even today), and they have a real financial impact on your business.  Think about it:  We can’t get the best ideas if we’re not listening to 50% of the population.
