Complaining About New Hires?

Note:  I sometimes take current events and discuss them in the context of how people are treated – by systems and as individuals.  Please consider these discussions as topical to the workplace and not as political statements.

In an article I read today, it was noted that the top 100 delinquent taxpayers owe California $419 million.

That's just the top 100 companies and individuals.  Just in California (where I happen to live).  Think what that could do for education (if it were used in an efficient and effective way).

And remember that education is what provides us with workers who are prepared for the jobs we want them to do.  Education is what gives us employees who are eager to learn and to be productive.

Don’t be delinquent on your taxes!  Do the right thing.
