My daughter gets it. She’s 7.

Discussing what’s going on with a lot of people who are out of work or who are scared about losing their jobs, she said, “But friends are more important than money.”

That’s right, honey.  Friends and family are more important than money.  Neighbors and fellow citizens are more important than the stock market.
