Diversity and Inclusion
The Center for Evidence-Based Management is sharing its Rapid Evidence Assessment on Diversity and Inclusion, and I have included a link to the PDF here. A Rapid Evidence Assessment is basically a review of the research done, in this case, specifically on how to enhance inclusive behavior in the workplace (or at the least the perception of being inclusive). The main findings begin on page 5, and specific ideas for how to increase employee satisfaction with inclusion can be found starting on page 7.
